With these general terms and conditions are regulated the relationships between members and/or clients of SK BODY FIT. By clicking on an object, image, link (different from the one of the General Terms and Conditions) or button located on the website: https://ninasportacademy.com/ , it is considered that you accept or agree with the General Terms and Conditions described below.
1. Definitions

The Content has the following definition:
– All information on the website that can be viewed through the use of an electronic device; The content of all electronic emails sent to the USER by SK BODY FIT by electronic means and/or any other communication means;
– Any other information provided to the USER by an employee of SK BODY FIT, regardless of the communication method;
– Information related to products, services and/or fees applied by SK BODY FIT during a given period;
– Information related to products, services and/or fees applied by third parties with whom SK BODY FIT has established a partnership during a certain period;
– Information concerning SK BODY FIT or any information originating from SK BODY FIT.

2. General Applications
This Document determines the general conditions under which the User may use the Website / Content / Services, in case there is no other valid agreement between SK BODY FIT and the User.

In addition, the User is responsible for any material, intellectual, electronic or any other type of damages caused to the Website / Content / Services, SK BODY FIT or any other person with whom SK BODY FIT has a partnership or service agreement according to Bulgarian legislation.
2.5. If the User does not agree and/or does not accept and/or withdraws consent to this document:
2.5.1. He/She renounces: access to the Services; other Services offered by SK BODY FIT through its website;
2.5.2. SK BODY FIT will delete all personal information from its database without any further obligations between the parties and without either party being liable for damages to the other.

2.7. To exercise the right described in Article 2.5, the User may contact SK BODY FIT or use the internet links received from SK BODY FIT for this purpose.
2.8. The User cannot withdraw their consent retroactively for this document while a contractual relationship is in force or until all contractual amounts due to SK BODY FIT are paid.

3.1. All content, including but not limited to static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content published on the website is the property of SK BODY FIT or of third parties, in which case the content may be accompanied by a notice of its ownership, for which SK BODY FIT holds permission for use.
3.2. The User may not copy, transfer, modify or make other changes, use, link to, display, include any content in another context outside SK BODY FIT, including any content from the website outside SK BODY FIT, removing images, trademarks, distribution of materials prepared for reproduction, modification or display of content without the explicit consent of SK BODY FIT.
3.3. Any Content to which the User has or obtains access is protected by this Document unless the content is accompanied by specially and duly issued permission for use between SK BODY FIT and the Member or User or another party or there is an explicit indication from SK BODY FIT regarding the use of the respective content.
3.4. The User may copy, transfer and/or use the content only for personal and non-commercial purposes, but only if it does not contradict the provisions of this Document.
3.5. If SK BODY FIT grants the User the right to use Content under a separate agreement accessible to the User, different from that described in this document, the right extends only to the content defined in the agreement, only while the content is available on the website or within the agreed period specified in the agreement, provided that it does not contain confidential information given by SK BODY FIT to the respective Member, Client or other third parties who have acquired access to the transferred content in any manner, which access may be withdrawn at any time during or after the expiration of the usage agreement.

No Content transferred to the User through any communication channels (electronic, telephone, etc.) or obtained by the Member or Client by accessing, visiting or viewing it constitutes the creation of a contractual obligation for SK BODY FIT and/or the employee of SK BODY FIT who performed the content transfer in cases where he is known and associated with the given content.
3.7. Any use of Content for purposes other than those expressly stated in this document or in another document accompanying it, if any, is prohibited.

4.2. By using the contact form provided on the website, the Member or Client allows SK BODY FIT to contact them through available means, including electronically.
4.3. Partial or complete filling of the contact form does not obligate SK BODY FIT to provide feedback to the User.
4.4. Access to the website, use of the presented information, visiting its pages or sending email notifications addressed to SK BODY FIT is carried out electronically, by telephone or other means available to the User, which constitutes a presumption that the User agrees to receive notifications from SK BODY FIT electronically and/or by phone, including email communication or notifications on the website.
4.5. SK BODY FIT reserves the right not to respond to all requests of any kind received by any means (electronic, telephone, etc.).
