Fitness for group activities
Working out in a group has a proven positive effect on increasing personal motivation and improving mood, and is also a great way to create and maintain social contacts.
At ninasportacademy you will find a wide variety of group activities, suitable for all ages and different levels of physical fitness.
You can join the group at any time.
In parallel with training for adults, we also offer group training for children. This makes it possible for parent and child to stay physically active and have fun along the way to a common goal of “Sports and Health”!
Active: Pilates, Summer body, Tabata, Zumba Lady, Lady Fit, Zumba/k-pop kids.
Pilates is conducted by coach Krasimira Komanova.
Lady Fit. Nina Hristozova from the site has information. She graduated from the National Sports Academy – Sofia.

- Two training sessions per week included in the program. Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00;

Krasimira Komanova is a Pilates trainer. She graduated from the National Sports Academy – Sofia. Trainer profile, as well as a number of pilates, aerobics, stretching courses. Has been practicing kyokushin karate for 15 years and has international and European awards from competitions. My motto “Movement for me is health, it brings tone and good mood.”
Has been doing k-pop dance for 5 years. Studied at “Paisii Hilendarski” PU, majoring in “Acting for Drama Theater”
Her motto “Music and dance are a way to express myself”.
